Dr. Rob Kiltz and Kristen Magnacca at ASRM 2009

Dr. Rob and I presented The Five-Star Patient Experience Practice Management Workshop at the ASRM  Meeting in Atlanta, Georgia on October 21, 2009.

Our intention in giving this workshop was to share with others in the fertility industry how simple but profound changes create amazing impacts on women, men and couples coping with infertility.  Our session was held on the last day of the conference but was very well attended.  Staying true to our commitment of helping and supporting individuals through this part of their lives’ journey.
