Hi Dr. Rob here, sharing more one minute fertile ideas, thoughts and things. What can I do to improve my fertility? First, remember that you are fertile. Then, look into having some simple western medical tests: a Sperm Count, a Hysterosalpingogram (HSG) to check your uterus and fallopian tubes. By doing the HSG test it actually helps improve your chances of conceiving and having a baby.
