Often, we are so accustomed to the internal dialogue that we don’t realize how negative we sound. A great exercise for this is to write down everything you are saying, when you are in those dialogue moments. Don’t think about it, just write – whatever it is. Once you have moved away from the dialogue moment, revisit what you had written. What were you saying? What language were you using? Was it positive or negative? Use the dialogue you documented to gauge your next conversation. Try to turn your language to the positive. Allow yourself to be kind, and loving. Your mind and body are one.
