Words of Support and Encouragement Week of September 20, 2010

While we hold many support opportunities in our office and online via live webinars, there are a few more ways to connect.  Many of our patients utilize our CNY Fertility and CNY Healing Arts Discussion Forums.  These forums offer a unique opportunity to connect with patients in similar situations, as well as some staff members.  Some people find that sharing online is easier, and it allows them to open up more than they would in person.

I am also available via email and phone, and next month I will be holding a monthly support webinar.  During this webinar I will address various coping tools, and common emotional challenges faced while trying to conceive.  You will also be able to type in questions, which I will answer live!

However you find support, is perfect.  There isn’t a ‘best way’.  It is just important that you are connecting with someone, and sharing these very important emotions and concerns.
