Protocol for updating and removing time-sensitive content
The website coordinator, Lareina Foster as of 3/23/05, reviews the website content including dates of posting on a weekly basis. Monthly, the website coordinator verifies that all external links and internal links are working properly and corrects them as necessary. All ‘quicklinks’ are archived by date on our ‘news’ page of the website and labeled appropriately. All pages have an updated date to show when the last revision has taken place.

Editorial Process for CNY Fertility Center’s Website and Affiliated Websites
All content is written by professionals with appropriate credentials within the specified area. Clinical content is written by either Dr. Kiltz or the clinical staff. Laboratory related content is written by Debra Woodhouse or the laboratory staff. Administration and Financial information is written by Judy DeCoste or administrative staff.

All content is then reviewed by another member of the staff within the specified area to corroborate accuracy. The content is then reviewed by our editorial board which consists of Lareina Foster and Jennifer Corona. Suggestions and alterations to the content is made at this point and approved by the editorial board. The finalized content is reviewed by Dr. Kiltz and posted in a timely manner on the website or affiliated website.
