Mimi has worked in a hospital clinical laboratory setting for 16 years specializing in hematology, immunohematology and andrology. She has worked in Reproductive Medicine for 6 years. Erica received her BS degree in Medical Technology from Plattsburgh State University in 2006. She completed her clinical work at Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. Erica worked at Glens Falls Hospital for 2 years, Erica is a New York State licensed Clinical Medical Technologist and is also certified by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists. Erica joined our team in 2008 and works in the Endocrinology, Andrology and Embryology Laboratories.
She received her A.A.S. in Medical Laboratory Technology from Hudson Valley Community College. She is licensed as a Medical Technologist by the State of New York. Lauren received her B.A. degree in Biology from The State University of New York at Binghamton and her A.A.S. in Medical Laboratory Technology from The State University of New York in Orange County, NY. She is a licensed Medical Technologist by the state of New York. Lauren has previous experience in hospital laboratories. Justine coordinates the IVF cycles in our Latham office. She monitors patient stimulation cycles with ultrasound. She performs blood draws, patient education and intrauterine inseminations. She also oversees the daily operation of the Latham office and its staff. Following graduation she school I began her professional career at Ellis Hospital. She worked as a charge nurse on a multi-functioning 32 bed medical/surgical unit. Graduated from Quest Star #3 nursing program in 2000 she has worked in Pediatrics for three years and also as a charge nurse in a Geriatric Long Term Care setting for six years. Jessica joined the CNY Fertility & Healing Arts family in October 2009. Kimberley Griner, RNKimberley graduated from Maria College in Albany, NY in 2005. She began her nursing career at Albany Medical Center in their Pediatric Department and also worked for The Center for Rheumatology in Albany, NY. As of 2010, Kimberley proudly joined our CNY team. She is actively involved in our OR department, assisting with oocyte retrievals and embryo transfers. Kimberley also provides client education, performs blood draws and intrauterine inseminations. Kathleen Perez, RN Katie graduated from Albany Memorial School of Nursing in 2006 and began her career at Bellevue Woman’s Hospital before joining us in 2008. She performs ultrasounds, blood draws, intrauterine inseminations and client education. Katie also assists in oocyte retrievals and embryo transfers along with HSG/SHG procedures.
Crystal received her AAS degree in nursing from Maria College in Albany, NY. She joined CNY Fertility in May, 2011 with the merge of Albany Gynecology and Fertility and brings over 30 years of gynecology and fertility experience.She helps monitor clients cycles by performing blood draws, ultrasounds and intrauterine inseminations as well as provides client education. She also assists in oocyte retrievals, embryo transfers and HSG/SHG procedures.Crystal is active in the Upstate New York Chapter of the Association of Pain Management Nurses and co-facilitates the Circle of Hope Support Group at CNY. Bonnie opens our Latham front office each morning. She checks messages, answers the phones, runs reports, checks in patients, schedules appointments and prepares and organizes patient charts. She maintains all incoming and outgoing patient records, verifies all insurance and medication coverage. Bonnie offers support and compassion to our patients. Kathy greets patients as they enter our lobby. She works with the front desk team to offer support and compassion to our patients and provides clerical support to our clinical staff. Kathy aids in checking in patients and scheduling their needs. She fields incoming phone calls to their destination, and maintains patient records. She assists in obtaining insurance and medication coverage and helps our patients to understand their benefits on their initial consultation. Chris is the newest member of our IT team. Her clinical background and previous experience with electronic medical records provides our facility with the necessary assistance needed to grow our use of our electronic medical records.
