She worked for 14 years in a hospital laboratory specializing in Microbiology before joining our team in 1998. While training in Embryology and Andrology, she established an Endocrinology Laboratory with the facility. She currently oversees all aspects of the Embryology and Andrology laboratories. Jody received her BS in Medical Technology from the University of Buffalo. She has over 22 years of laboratory experience in various areas including: microbiology, virology, immunology. Allison received her BA degree in Biology from Ithaca College and her MS degree in Cell and Developmental Biology from Rutgers University. She was also awarded her Technical Supervisor certification from the American Board of Bioanalysts. Allison spent ten years working as an Embryologist at a leading IVF Center in New Jersey before joining CNY Fertility Center at the beginning of 2011. She has received specialized training in oocyte cryopreservation, blastocyst culture, and vitrification and continues to travel to conferences and other centers to learn the most up-to-date techniques. Julie received her BS in medical technology from SUNY Fredonia. She is licensed as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist by New York state. Julie has over 20 years experience in hospital, reference and physician office laboratories. She joined our practice in January 2007 and has trained in our andrology, endocrinology and embryology departments. Eric Buxton, MT, B.S. Eric received his BS at University of Massachusetts at Lowell in clinical laboratory science/ medical technology, with a minor in chemistry. Donna coordinates IVF from satellite offices and has coordinated patients coming from as far as the UK for IVF and oocyte donation at CNY Fertility Center. She also gives medication protocols, monitors patient’s stimulation with ultrasound and performs intrauterine inseminations. Meg received her BS in Nursing from Niagara University. She worked as an RN at Community General Hospital for eight years prior to graduating from their Nurse Practitioner Program in 1994, and then practiced as a NP with a local physician for 6 years before joining CNY Fertility Center in January 2003. While Meg facilitates personal and compassionate care for our clients, she is also actively pursuing graduate studies at Upstate Medical University. In our office, Meg sees patients for their initial consultation and exam. She also monitors patients in stimulation performing ultrasounds, intrauterine inseminations, pre-operative history and physicals, as well as donor FDA exams. Corina is a graduate of Crouse Hospital School of Nursing. Prior to joining the CNY Fertility team in November 2009, Corina worked at Community General Hospital on a medical surgical floor. Corina assists with all OR procedures including laparoscopic surgery, embryo transfers, egg retrievals, HSG exams, PESA/TESA procedures, and IVIG/intralipid infusions. Lisa Stack joined the Fertility team in 2005 as a summer intern. In 2008 she received her BA in Theology from the University of Notre Dame, and joined the practice full time. Lisa has worked with the both clinical staff drawing blood and providing clients with medication instructions, and the PRIDE program as a Donor Coordinator. Now, Lisa provides our clients with emotional support. She facilitates the Syracuse Circle of Hope Support Group, Monthly Interactive Fertility Support Webinar, and Monthly Evening Meditation and Relaxation Webinar. Lisa also provides weekly supportive articles and videos for our website, while offering one-on-one emotional support to any clients in need.
Carol joined the CNY family after having been in the pharmaceutical industry for over a dozen years. It was her desire to combine her relationships calling on OB/GYN and Fertility Centers that led her to join CNY. Carol will be our liaison between our referring providers and clients, organizing programs, sharing our practice services, pricing, and all other new and exciting happenings at CNY. She will be visiting offices in New York as well as surrounding states.
Paul is a graduate of Buffalo State College and the University of Buffalo with a BA in Political Science and Computer Science. Prior to joining our team in September of 2009, Paul was the Lead Tech for the MTA Division for New York State at STI Computer Services. Paul worked at STI for 9 years. Paul manages and implements all computer related functions at all facilities and is currently involved in employing eIVF, an electronic medical records application. Josh joined our team in 2009, he is originally from Syracuse. He is currently completing coursework for the Rochester Institute of Technology at OCC.
