PRIDE Cycle Costs

Single PRIDE Cycle:
$14,500 plus your medications
$11,000 down prior to donor starting medications

PRIDE Cycle with Own Donor:
(family member, friend or agency)
$10,000 plus your medications
$8,200 down prior to donor starting medications

Split PRIDE Cycle:
(two recipient and one donor)
$8,000 plus your medications
$6,000 down prior to donor starting medications

Shared PRIDE Cycle:
(one recipient & one patient donating 1/2 of her eggs)
$8,000 plus your medications
$6,000 down prior to donor starting medications

Single Multi PRIDE Cycle’s:
(If pregnancy is achieved prior to the last cycle, contract is completed)

Up to 2 donor IVF Cycles
$16,500 plus medications for you and the donor
$10,000 down prior to the donor starting medications

Up to 4 Donor IVF Cycles
$30,500 plus medications for you and the donor
$20,500 down prior to the donor starting medications

Up to 6 Donor IVF Cycles
$44,500 plus medications for you and the donor
$30,000 down prior to the donor starting medications

*What is included for the donor: Compensation to the donor (Single PRIDE Cycle and Split PRIDE Cycle), Medications for egg donor, Monitoring at our office, Retrieval of eggs.

*What is included for the Recipient: ICSI & Assisted Hatching, Transfer of Embryos, Freezing of Embryos, First Year of Storage for Embryos, Frozen Embryo Transfer, up to one year

The cost of monitoring for the recipient at our office is $750 (Some insurance plans may cover this. This includes the Mock Cycle and monitoring until day of embryo transfer)
The cost of medications for the recipient are approximately $1000
The cost of medications for the donor are approximately $3,500 (Multi PRIDE Cycle plans)
A donor will not start medications until the deposit is received
Each cycle must be paid in full prior to starting another cycle

Payment is withdrawn monthly from a debit or credit card.
These prices do not include medications nor any additional blood work or ultrasounds required after transfer.

Egg Donor Refund Plan

This plan was created for non-insured IVF patients who meet the eligibility requirements (see below). For one single up-front payment of $45,000 you are eligible for up to 4 fresh IVF Donor cycles and unlimited frozen cycles over a 2 year period. This plan also includes the donor’s medications. Payment in full is required prior to starting your cycle. If you deliver a baby within the 4 Donor cycles, or frozen cycles, you will not be eligible for any refund. However, if you do not deliver a baby after the 4 Donor cycles, and all frozen cycles, your payment will be refunded in full.

Donor Refund Plan Qualification Criteria:

The ability to generate an endometrium lining thickness of 7mm
No hydrosalpinx or uterine fibroids (unless corrected prior to treatment)
Have not failed more than three previous Oocyte Donor IVF cycles at any fertility center
Male partner’s semen analysis not indicative of azoospermia or severe oligiospermia. Post-vasectomy patients may qualify, but require a diagnostic aspiration.

What is included in the Donor Refund Plan:

Donors’ medications
Ultrasounds and monitoring for recipient and donor (at our office)
Retrieval of embryos (within a 2 year period)
Transfer of embryos (within a 2 year period)
Transfer of all frozen embryos must be transferred prior to starting a fresh cycle
Embryos may be transferred into a carrier for an additional charge
Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI)
Assisted Hatching (AH)
Cryopreservation and storage of embryos for up to one year after last cycle (additional fees apply after the one year period)
