Who is HELP and why are they sending me this letter/statement?

CNY has partnered with HELP Financial to assist you with paying off your outstanding CNY balance and to offer you the payment options described in the letter/statement for the specified accounts listed.
To make a payment, follow the instructions in the letter/statement.

Did CNY sell my information or is this a scam?

HELP is a legal third-party billing partner working with CNY. Your information is shared for the sole purpose of offering you the payment options described in the letter/statement you received.

I’m paying CNY directly.

That may be true, however the accounts listed in your letter/statement are aged over 60 days. HELP is the assigned agent for those accounts, and CNY is asking for your cooperation with this process.

I have other accounts; can I combine these accounts?

Currently HELP is offering you these payment options for the specific accounts listed in the letter/statement. If you have future accounts that are assigned to HELP, you will be notified in the same manner. At that time, you can contact HELP directly to see if your accounts can be combined into one bill.

I don’t owe this, this balance is incorrect, I don’t know what this is, etc…
