Contact Sama Fertility
Schedule an intro call with Sama Fertility to get set up for remote at-home monitoring. Please note: transvaginal ultrasound images within the last year are required for medical approval of at-home monitoring.
Begin your cycle
All necessary supplies are sent right to your home prior to your first ultrasound.
Complete transvaginal follicular ultrasounds
Schedule your at-home ultrasound scans with one of Sama‘s skilled sonographers. You or a loved one will hold the ultrasound as the sonographer guides you through the easy-to-follow instructions in real-time and captures all necessary images and measurements.
Follow CNY Global Telehealth Team instructions
Your results are sent directly to CNY Fertility for expert review. After reviewing your results, the CNY team will instruct you on any medication changes, the date of your next monitoring appointment, and the timing and travel needs for any procedures (ie. egg retrieval or embryo transfers).
The Procedure
Travel to and complete the procedure (ie. egg retrieval or embryo transfer) at a CNY Fertility location.
*Please note that each treatment cycle is billed separately, and insurance is not accepted for these services. Not all fertility cycles are eligible for this program, and medical approval is required.
