  • Chief Scientific Officer

    Dr. Werner Neuhausser MD PhD

    Dr. Werner Neuhausser earned his medical degree from Oxford University, completed an internship at Imperial College London, a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital, and a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. He holds a Master’s in Physics from Vienna Technical University and a PhD in Biomedical Sciences from UCSF, where he studied early human embryonic development. A member of ACOG, ABOG, and ASRM, and a Fellow of FACOG.

  • Research Director - Syracuse

    Dr. Armando Arroyo MD

    Dr. Armando Arroyo attended UCLA School of Medicine, completed his OB/GYN residency at the University of Arizona, and his REI fellowship at UC San Diego, where he also served as a WRHR Scholar. ABOG certified in OB/GYN and REI, he was most recently Medical Director of UMass Memorial Hospital IVF Center and Associate Professor at UMass Medical School. A member of SART and ASRM, Dr. Arroyo speaks Spanish.

    Dr. Beomsu Kim PhD

    Dr. Beom Su Kim, a distinguished Andrologist and Endocrinologist at CNY Fertility, holds a Ph.D. in Zoology from Korea University and a NY State Certificate of Qualification in Andrology and Endocrinology. Formerly a research assistant professor at SUNY Buffalo, he has published 26 papers on ovarian aging and fertility biomarkers. A council member of the Korean Catholic Church and a father of three, Dr. Kim is dedicated to advancing fertility treatments and supporting families.

  • Chief Research Embryologist

    Olivia Pavlik

    Olivia earned her honors degree in biochemistry from Roberts Wesleyan College, focusing on apple phylogenetics. She began at CNY Fertility as a junior embryologist, becoming a senior embryologist and earning a master’s in Reproductive Clinical Science from Eastern Virginia Medical School, along with ABB Technical Supervisor certification. With over a decade of experience in one of the largest U.S. IVF labs, she is now the Embryology Lab Manager and Technical Supervisor at CNY Fertility, supporting and training across five labs. A member of ASRM, CRB, and AAB, she is pursuing a PhD at Old Dominion University. Olivia enjoys gardening, reading, embroidery, and family time.
