Stephanie's Story:

I always knew I wanted to be a mother. When I turned 35 I decided I didn’t want to wait anymore to find the right partner and decided to become a mother on my own.

I started with IUI’s at a different clinic. I then switched to CNY in Syracuse to do IVF. After three failed transfers, I was down to my last three low-graded embryos. I decided to transfer two of them, and one took. I was finally blessed with my beautiful baby girl!

The Moment:

In the days leading up to the bloodwork for a pregnancy test I felt numb after so many negatives. I just knew it was going to be negative again, but to my surprise it was positive! I was in so much shock and filled with so much happiness!

Hope, Inspiration and Advice:

Don’t give up hope and don’t discard low graded embryos. You never know, they might just be the one!
