Olivia Potter, NP

Olivia Potter, NP, is a compassionate and knowledgeable Nurse Practitioner at CNY Fertility, where she performs telehealth consultations for new and returning patients. Since joining CNY Fertility in 2025, she has been dedicated to providing expert guidance and support, tailoring treatment plans to meet each patient’s unique needs.

Olivia earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Villanova University in 2017 and went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing at Thomas Jefferson University in 2021. She is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Since entering the fertility field in 2021, Olivia has remained committed to staying at the forefront of advancements in reproductive medicine to better serve her patients.

At CNY Fertility, Olivia conducts telehealth consultations, helping patients navigate the initial steps of their fertility journey. She reviews medical histories, answers patient questions, and collaborates with them to develop personalized treatment plans. She finds great fulfillment in empowering individuals and couples with knowledge and confidence as they take their next steps toward building their families.

Inspired by the compassionate care she received from her own primary care provider, Olivia pursued a career as a nurse practitioner with the goal of making a positive impact on her patients’ healthcare experiences. She was drawn to fertility medicine by the opportunity to help individuals achieve their family-planning goals while continuously learning about new innovations in the field.

Outside of work, Olivia enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking her dogs for walks, traveling, reading, and embroidering. She dreams of visiting all 50 U.S. states and as many countries as possible.

Her advice to those navigating infertility? “Just keep swimming!” Olivia encourages her patients to embrace their own unique fertility journey and to never give up on their goals.
