Amanda Murray, RN

Amanda Murray, RN, is the Global Telehealth Nurse Manager at CNY Fertility, where she leads with compassion, collaboration, and over a decade of hands-on experience in fertility. Since joining the practice in 2009, Amanda has grown alongside the organization, starting as a spa attendant in Albany Healing Arts Center and working her way up to a leadership role where she now helps shape the patient experience on a national scale.

After discovering her passion for patient care while assisting in the fertility operating room, Amanda pursued her LPN and  RN through Samaritan School of Nursing, combining her drive to learn with a deep desire to be a more active, informed support for individuals and couples navigating the fertility journey.

Each day, Amanda helps assign nursing responsibilities across the Global team, reviews lab results, communicates next steps to patients, answers calls on the clinical line, and supports team members across departments. Her collaborative role bridges clinical, operational, and emotional support systems, ensuring patients feel cared for while maintaining the efficiency and responsiveness that CNY is known for.

Amanda is especially proud of the relationships she’s built with patients over the years—many of whom still send her baby photos nearly a decade later. Her greatest inspiration comes from knowing she played a role in making someone’s dream of parenthood come true.

Outside of work, Amanda enjoys working out, traveling, spending time with her dogs and family, and dreams of visiting Bali one day.

Her advice to those struggling with infertility: “Talk about it. There’s still a stigma around fertility care, but opening up helps you heal and may encourage someone else to do the same. And don’t give up.”
