CNY Fertility Gift Certificates

Help pay for a loved one’s fertility care by purchasing a CNY Fertility Gift Certificate.  After selecting a denomination below, you will be directed to a checkout page where you can adjust the quantity of certificates and transact.  For reference, our consultation fee is $150, our egg freezing bundle with medications is $4,799, and our IVF treatment bundles with medication start at $5,699, and our Donor Egg IVF packages start at $9,453.  For more details on our pricing to help guide your gift giving visit our affording treatment page. 

Terms:

Gift Certificates may be redeemed at CNY Fertility for any serviced billed by CNY Fertility, excluding egg, sperm, embryo, or tissue storage. Gift certificates have no cash value and can not be redeemed for cash, check, or anything other than treatment credit at CNY Fertility. Gift certificates are non-refundable. Gift certificates expire 10 years from the date of purchase. Once redeemed, funds will be applied first to any outstanding balance.

How to Redeem:

The purchaser should receive an email confirmation with an 8-digit receipt number within a few minutes of purchase in the inbox indicated during the checkout process. This 8-digit receipt number serves as the gift certificate code and should be shared only with the intended recipient of the gift.  This code must be presented to a member of the CNY Fertility staff to be redeemed.
