Cost of IVF and Fertility Care in New Jersey 

IVF costs in New Jersey range from $12,000 to $23,000 per cycle, with medications adding $3,000 to $7,000. This brings the average cost to around $25,000 per cycle.  

The cost will vary based on clinic reputation, location, and arbitrary pricing choices.  

Optional services like cryopreservation, frozen embryo transfers (FET), and preimplantation genetic testing (PGT) will increase costs by another $5,000 to $15,000.  

Keep in mind that for women under 35, there is around a 50% chance per cycle for success, and that drops as age increases. This means that more than half of women will need 2 or more cycles for success.
