Breana Spain, NP-C, is a dedicated Global Telehealth Nurse Practitioner at CNY Fertility, where she provides compassionate and personalized fertility consultations to individuals and couples worldwide. With a deep personal connection to fertility medicine, Breana brings both professional expertise and firsthand experience to her role, helping patients navigate their unique family-building journeys with care and understanding.

Breana earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Calhoun Community College in 2015, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from the University of North Alabama. She is board-certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and has been specializing in fertility medicine since 2020.

At CNY Fertility, Breana conducts telehealth consultations, reviewing patients’ medical histories, discussing their family-building goals, and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to their needs. She takes pride in providing patients with clarity, hope, and a sense of direction as they embark on their fertility journey. With her warm and encouraging approach, Breana ensures that each patient leaves their consultation feeling supported and empowered.

Breana’s passion for fertility medicine is deeply personal—she experienced years of infertility, multiple unsuccessful IVF cycles, and ultimately became a mother through the help of donor eggs. Her own journey fuels her dedication to patient advocacy and allows her to connect with her patients on a profound level. She understands the emotional toll of infertility and strives to provide the guidance and reassurance that she once sought during her own fertility struggles.

Outside of work, Breana cherishes time with her family, especially her daughter and niece. She enjoys reading, drinking a great cup of hot coffee, and attending church with her loved ones. She also has a strong desire to travel internationally, with a goal of expanding her experiences beyond the U.S.
