Kate LaPorte, FNP, is a compassionate and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner at CNY Fertility, where she plays a vital role in helping individuals and couples achieve their dream of parenthood. With a strong passion for women’s health and reproductive medicine, Kate provides personalized, patient-centered care tailored to each individual’s unique fertility journey.

In her role, Kate performs essential procedures such as saline sonohysterograms (SHGs) and ultrasounds, reviews lab results, and educates patients about their treatment plans. She works closely with the clinic team to ensure every patient receives comprehensive, high-quality fertility care.

Kate’s journey into healthcare was inspired by her experience as a child when she witnessed the compassionate care nurses provided to her young cousin battling a serious illness. This profound impact led her to pursue a career where she could make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Her dedication to fertility care stems from a deep personal interest in helping patients navigate the challenges of infertility with empathy and support.

Outside of work, Kate enjoys spending time with friends and family, focusing on personal growth, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. She believes in the power of emotional well-being during fertility treatment and encourages patients to give themselves grace throughout the process.
