Catherine “Katy” Falcon, NP

Catherine “Katy” Falcon, NP, is a seasoned women’s health provider and long-time member of the Telehealth Consult Team at CNY Fertility. Since joining in 2013, Katy has helped thousands of individuals and couples across the country take meaningful steps toward their dream of parenthood—offering clinical insight, compassionate guidance, and a deep understanding of the fertility journey.

Katy earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Loyola University Chicago and her Master’s in Nursing with a focus on Women’s Health from the University of Rochester.

At CNY Fertility, Katy’s day is filled with in-depth telehealth consultations with new, returning, and current patients. Her work involves reviewing detailed medical records and test results, developing or adjusting treatment plans, analyzing previous cycles, and teaching patients about their options. She brings thoughtful preparation and clinical rigor to every consult, always striving to provide new ideas and options that move patients closer to success.

With over 20 years of prior experience in OB/GYN and labor and delivery, Katy transitioned into fertility care to continue serving women’s health in a new and meaningful way. She was drawn to CNY not only by its mission of inclusivity but also by the contagious energy and innovation that surround the practice.

Outside of work, Katy enjoys swimming, hiking, golfing, baking, and cooking, and cherishes time spent with her family and grandchildren. Her bucket list includes walking across the Brooklyn Bridge, hiking the Swiss Alps, and taking a cooking class in Italy.
