Lauren Miller, FNP-C

Lauren Miller, FNP-C, is a devoted and empathetic Family Nurse Practitioner on the Remote Consult Team at CNY Fertility. She provides personalized telehealth consultations to individuals and couples across the country—and the world—guiding them through the early stages of their fertility journey with compassion, clarity, and expertise.

Lauren earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, followed by her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Phoenix. She is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and has been working in fertility medicine since 2018. She joined CNY Fertility in 2025, bringing with her a wealth of clinical experience and a deeply personal understanding of the fertility journey.

At CNY Fertility, Lauren performs initial and follow-up telehealth consultations. She reviews medical histories, discusses treatment options, educates patients about healthy lifestyle practices and fertility science, and collaborates with the team to build individualized treatment plans. Her favorite part? Celebrating the wins—big and small—right alongside her patients.

Lauren‘s passion for fertility care is rooted in her own personal journey to parenthood. After navigating the challenges of infertility with her husband, she was inspired to become the source of knowledge and support she once needed. Her firsthand experience fuels her dedication to creating a trusted, comforting space for patients during one of the most vulnerable times in their lives.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family, soaking up the sunshine, attending concerts or sporting events, and nurturing her creative side through interior design and crafting gift baskets. Her dream is to travel the world and explore new places with her loved ones.

Her advice to anyone struggling with infertility: “Your feelings are valid—anger, jealousy, doubt, fear—they’re part of the process. Let yourself feel them, but also give yourself grace. You are more than your infertility journey. Lean into your support system and don’t give up—dreams really do come true.”
