Martha Jaramillo, APRN
Martha Jaramillo, WHNP, is a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner on the Telehealth Consult Team at CNY Fertility. With a career spanning over two decades in women’s health and fertility, Martha brings deep clinical knowledge and a heartfelt commitment to supporting patients through every step of their family-building journey.
Martha earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Georgia State University in 2006 and is certified by the National Certification Corporation (NCC) as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP). She began her career in fertility medicine in 1998, returned to the field in 2020, and has been part of the CNY Fertility team ever since.
In her role, Martha performs telehealth consultations, creating a space where patients feel safe, heard, and supported. Whether reviewing medical histories, answering questions, helping patients understand their next steps, or formulating individualized treatment plans, Martha’s calming presence and thorough care help ensure that patients receive the guidance they need—no matter where they’re located. As a fluent Spanish speaker, Martha also connects deeply with Spanish-speaking patients, offering care that is both accessible and culturally informed.
Martha’s passion for fertility medicine was rekindled by a powerful moment early in her nursing career. After supporting a couple through years of unsuccessful fertility treatment, she unexpectedly reunited with them years later—this time on the labor and delivery floor, awaiting the birth of their adopted child. Their resilience left a lasting impact on her and continues to inspire the way she approaches patient care today.
Known for her warmth and sincerity, Martha believes that no two fertility journeys are the same and treats each patient with personalized attention and unwavering support. She is proud to be part of CNY Fertility’s inclusive and mission-driven team.
Outside of work, Martha enjoys gardening, hiking, swimming, and spending time outdoors, finding peace and balance in nature.
