Mia Campanile, MSN, FNP-C

Mia Campanile, MSN, FNP-C is a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner at CNY Fertility’s Syracuse office, where she plays a vital role in diagnosing and treating infertility. Since joining CNY Fertility in 2020, she has been dedicated to providing personalized, evidence-based fertility care to individuals and couples striving to grow their families.

Mia earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Le Moyne College in 2024, following a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Union College and additional nursing degrees from St. Joseph’s College of Nursing. Her diverse educational background, combined with her extensive clinical experience, allows her to take a well-rounded and patient-centered approach to fertility care.

At CNY Fertility, Mia performs and interprets transvaginal ultrasounds, manages individualized treatment plans, and provides in-depth medication education and guidance. She is highly skilled in various clinical procedures that enhance fertility success, including saline sonograms and endometrial biopsies, PRP intrauterine washes, and other advanced reproductive techniques. Additionally, she assesses and communicates lab results, adjusting medication protocols as needed to optimize patient outcomes.

Mia’s passion for fertility medicine stems from her deep desire to help individuals achieve their healthcare and family-building goals. She finds great fulfillment in guiding patients through their fertility journey and ensuring they feel supported, informed, and empowered every step of the way.

Outside of work, Mia enjoys staying active through skiing, hiking, and traveling. She values new experiences and embraces the opportunity to explore different cultures and landscapes.
