Tamara Partipilo, NP-C
Tamara Partipilo, NP-C, is a highly experienced Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) at CNY Fertility’s Sarasota office. With over 15 years of experience in fertility medicine and an additional six years as a registered nurse in fertility and cardiology, Tamara brings a wealth of knowledge, skill, and compassion to her patients’ fertility journeys.
Tamara’s path to fertility medicine was both professional and personal. Initially, she aspired to be a cardiac nurse practitioner, but a job in a fertility clinic unexpectedly shaped her career. It was there that she not only discovered a passion for reproductive medicine but also became a fertility patient herself. This unique experience allows her to connect with her patients on a deeper level, understanding firsthand the emotional and physical challenges they face.
Tamara earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from The University of Texas Medical Branch in 2003, followed by her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) in 2008, graduating with Highest Honors. She is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and is also a Certified Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) Nurse.
As part of the global travel team at CNY Fertility, Tamara reviews lab results, updates treatment plans, and ensures top-quality care for travel patients. Beyond patient care, she has also contributed to the field through research, serving as a sub-investigator and research coordinator for 18 different fertility research protocols.
Tamara is deeply passionate about making fertility care accessible and reducing patient stress throughout the process. She loves that CNY Fertility is dedicated to affordability and inclusivity, allowing more individuals to pursue their dreams of parenthood.
Outside of work, Tamara is eager to become involved in legislative efforts supporting reproductive rights in Florida and is a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM). If she weren’t in fertility medicine, she would likely focus on weight management and coaching, as she understands the profound impact self-esteem and overall health have on well-being.
Her advice to those undergoing fertility treatment? “Know that everyone’s journey is different. Find ways to love yourself and each other, and don’t be afraid to ask questions.” One of her most memorable patient success stories was helping someone conceive with just a single egg retrieval, proving that it truly only takes one egg and one sperm to create a miracle.
Tamara is honored to bring her expertise, empathy, and personal understanding to the CNY Fertility team, helping patients build the families they’ve always dreamed of.
