Cecelia & Michael's Story:
We started our infertility journey four years ago. We were able to get pregnant naturally with my son six years prior and tried for two years before seeking any treatment. We were started on Clomid and letrozole that we took for a year and a half. I had multiple surgeries to remove polyps and flush out my tubes. I was diagnosed with PCOS and was told my chances of pregnancy were very slim. I had an IUI in December which was unsuccessful.
We reached out to CNY for help and had a consultation in February. I watched Dr Kiltz’s live broadcast every Sunday and started taking Ovasital and fish oil as well as Co Q 10. I had my retrieval done in May which resulted in six embryos. We did our first fresh transfer in June. It was unsuccessful. We then went right back in and transferred again this time got a positive pregnancy test. My levels were increasing but not at the rate they needed to and my ultrasound showed an empty sac. I had a miscarriage and was devastated. We then started another round and found out I had a polyp and some retained tissue from the previous miscarriage. I required a DNC in October.
We then decided to transfer two lower-grade embryos in December with hopes that one would take. We transferred the two embryos and found out the week before Christmas we were pregnant. We had an ultrasound done the first week in January and found out it was twins. We will forever be thankful to see CNY for the encouragement and support throughout this journey.

Unique Moments:
Before my final transfer I was able to personally talk with Dr Kiltz and he was very encouraging and told us we would get pregnant this time. He was amazing and then Dr. Corley prayed with us after our transfer and we felt at peace
Hope, Inspiration and Advice:
The advice I have is to seek treatment earlier than later. I was told I’d never get pregnant again after my first and although it did take four years we never gave up and we’re blessed with twins
